Sub List: Indoor 2018/2019

To help cover costs of a very expensive field and to ensure fairness to paying players, we ask that substitute players for indoor pay a small fee.

The fee is $30 for up to 4 games. We ask that players adhere to the policy, but League Coordinators and captains will keep an eye on these limits as well. Players who pay, but are unable to play may apply to PUL for a refund.

This list serves for both night of indoor. Note that teams are generally discouraged from picking up extra players during playoff games.
