Where does the time go? It seems as though we just started our season, and yet the first half of Wednesday is now complete.
Those smiles are the real deal. Their pathway to victory is what legends are made of, or at least those sappy feel-good movies. This Championship Win, was their first win of the season. Yep, you read that right, first win. How does that happen you ask?
Unfortunately it takes a forfeit in the semi’s, from the top-ranked and undefeated team Fly Hard, to land a spot in the finals. But then it takes spirit. And they had that in spades. This group of players worked hard, individually and as a team from game one. They really were a fun group to play against. They never got down on themselves and always seemed to have fun despite of the weather, number of players or the score.
