Throwing Clinic – With Ultimate Rob
Want to improve on your throw? Distance? Accuracy? Especially with the Gendered PUL Rule coming into effect this year.

Rob has been throwing discs for 23 years. He’s been teaching people how to throw almost as long.

He’s extremely active in bringing frisbee into schools, and getting kids (big and small) comfortable with the idea of throwing, failing, and not taking things too seriously. He makes it about fun and learning.

Bring your energy, water and a positive attitude.

Come for the 2 hour clinic 1:00pm-3:00pm and then stay and practice your skills in a 2 hour scrimmage (with Rob playing) from 3:00pm-5:00pm. It’s going to be a ton of fun. So don’t wait. Trust us, it will be worth the drive.

Limited to 30 participants.

Calling All Captains
We feel that we have ignored you the last couple of years and we feel it’s time we start giving you more of the love and support you need. This year we will be providing the Captain’s of each team with a Resource Bag. This bag will be yours to keep for the season. In it we will provide4 cones, a mini white board, a disc (yours to keep), first aid kit, laminated rules resources and the PUL Player Guide. They are going to be pretty sweet! The Catch, to get them you must attend a MANDATORY Captain’s Meeting Tuesday May 9th at Fleming Turf East Field. We will hand out your bags, and have a clinic to go over some duties, rules, drills and skills. So mark the date on your calendar. And if you can’t make it you must send an Assistant Captain in your place. Help us, help you!
