Junior 2019 Registration is Live

Junior Players and Coaches

It’s much easier to believe Spring is just around the corner on this sun-shiny day. There might still be a nip to the air, but if you tilt your face up to the sun you can actually feel some warmth there. If you haven’t yet had a chance to do this today, I suggest you do. It’s reinvigorating.

As excited as I am to feel that warmth, I’m even more so to say that registration for our Junior Recreational Program is now live. You can follow this link here.

You will first need to sign into your Zurulu account to register your child for the program. New this year, not to worry. I have a step-by-step account of how to do that. You can find that just below.

Important Details

  • Monday nights, starting May 6th
  • All in one location at Bridgenorth Fields

Can’t wait to see your kids on the field.

Play with the Next Generation

A million rubber pellets await thee.

Jenny Rivada over at Trent is working hard to kickstart a varsity-level team! There’s interest, but they’ve got to build and you build ultimate by playing ultimate. One of their first events is a combination clinic and scrimmage at the Spiplex on March 9, starting at 7 pm.

To keep the dome warm (and paid for), they’re opening it up to the PUL community at large. Hey…there are much worse things to do with a Saturday night! Get out there, run around, and say hello to the next generation.

Cost is $20, and they’ll have the dome for two or three hours, depending on numbers. Contact Jenny at jenny.rivada (a) gmail.com, and be prepared to e-transfer cash to her by March 7: starving students and all that.

The whole endeavour is numbers dependant so getting in touch sooner is better than later.

Need A Team

We Want You

There’s some moving and shaking in the PUL world right now as teams secure rosters for this upcoming summer season.

Some teams have decided to fold and move potentially leaving you as a displaced player. Or, maybe you are struggling to find women to round out your roster with the new gender parity rules.

Either way, if you are looking for a team, or a captain searching for a a new player there is the “Request to Join a Team” list.

For those who want to join that list you can find it here

For those captains who want to have access to the list, contact your summer league coordinator. Dave French for Tuesday, Tara MacLeod for Thursday.
