My favourite thing about playing Ultimate: is the pure joy I experience when chasing a flying disc down the field. I get a ton of great exercise all while having fun with some pretty amazing people.
My signature move: is most definitely running my mouth. Sometimes full of spirit, sometimes chirping my friends, and always heard from end zone to end zone.
Who’s another PUL player you love to play with, and why? Theresa Sullivan is hands down my favourite PUL player to be on the field with. She has always taken the time to help me improve my game, she encourages me to take chances and not be afraid to fail, she is amazing at seeing the worth in each individual player, and most importantly, she is a ton of fun and kicks some serious butt on the field. Love ya T!!
My favourite tournament: is Ecodisc. It’s like adult Halloween. What better way to spend a sunny summer day then playing my favourite sport while dressed up like a total fool. I’m not sure what my best costume was, but Brian Tighe and Jocelyn Blazey playing attached as Siamese twins was by far the most amazing thing I have ever seen on a field.
What do you do other than play Frisbee? My regular life can be chaotic, I am a nurse, a mother of three, a perfect wife ;),and a pretty decent squash player. Ultimate frisbee is the frosting atop the delicious cupcake that I call life!
